Mr. Gilbert LOKE, founded Falcon Certified Public Accountants Ltd in 2009, qualified with UH Chartered Accountants, London, from 1981 till 1988, and has been a practicing accountant in Hong Kong since 2000. He is a FCPA (Practicing), practicing accountant licensed by the Accounting & Financial Reporting Council of Hong Kong.

Mr. LOKE was a CFO for BST Sawadai, a company producing high precision metal parts in Shenzhen from 1998 to 2007. Subsequently, he joined CPP Global-USA, as a CFO, a pharmaceutical packaging company in Kaiping from 2007 to 2013.

Mr. LOKE co-founded Greenpro Capital Corp. in 2013, and subsequently listed on Nasdaq (Nasdaq: GRNQ) in June 2018. Greenpro provides financial services solution including IPO and RTO corporate advisory. He is our Corporate Advisor of AleeanPeace Group Holdings Limited. AleeanPeace specializes in financial services solution comprising asset management, fund management, family office management, financial planning & management, trust and asset protection, and venture capital fund management.

Mr. LOKE earned his MBA with the Bulacan State University, Philippines, a Practicing Accountant with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Certified Financial Planner (Malaysia) and a Member of the Association of Chartered Wealth Managers of Hong Kong.
